Connor and the LOC team are very knowledgeable, easy to talk to and always go above and beyond to provide great customer service. I am very impressed with their new gait lab and I have learnt a lot about my gait through them. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing an orthosis.
Very friendly, helpful and caring. Wonderful splints and shoes for my daughter.
Connor is absolutely amazing. He always goes above and beyond and is always there with a quick response to any questions we had, he even came in on his day off! Our son's helmet treatment got his head back to 5mm... we are so pleased we went ahead with the treatment, and from our experience I would definitely say anyone thinking about having one done should definitely go for it. We can’t recommend or thank them enough.
The service has been outstanding from the start… Our little girl got on really well with the plagiocephaly helmet and enjoyed each visit to the clinic. Connor even set up a WhatsApp group so we could contact him at any time. Thank you for your help, you have been amazing.
