We know it’s not always easy to know what orthotic treatment involves. At your first appointment, we’ll take the time to understand your concerns, how they’re affecting your day-to-day life, and what you’re hoping to achieve.
Your orthotist will carry out a full assessment, which may include a physical examination, scans or a walking (gait) analysis, depending on your needs.
We’ll explain everything clearly and talk you through your options. If you decide to go ahead, we’ll take the necessary measurements for your custom orthosis. You’ll usually return a few weeks later for your fitting, once your device is ready.
You don’t need a referral to see us. You can email us at [email protected] or 020 8974 9989 to book your appointment.
We’re happy to answer any questions before you book. Whether you’re new to orthotics or looking for a second opinion, we’re here to help.
