LOC's Temporary Manchester Clinic
Following the temporary closure of the LOC clinic at Salford University due to Covid 19, LOC temporarily moved its Manchester clinic to:
The Good Health Centre, 508 Blackburn Road, Astley Bridge, Bolton, BL1 8NW. We expect to be back at Salford University in September.
Following the most recent Government guidelines about Covid 19 for eight areas including Bolton, we are pleased to clarify that in line with best practice, LOC Bolton remains open.
The London Orthotic Consultancy continues to treat new and existing patients in a Covid safe environment, this is fully in line with guidelines where travelling to Bolton for medical appointments is permitted. All existing appointments remain in place and we are happy to make further bookings for new or current LOC patients.
LOC ensures that all required social distancing measures are in place and thorough cleansing of clinical rooms occurs after each patient visit; our senior orthotist will be wearing full PPE.
For those arriving by car, stay in your car and notify reception that you have arrived; you will then be called into the clinic. While you are waiting you are welcome to use the facilities if you need to. If you are travelling by public transport please wait in reception, you will be shown into a clinic room as soon as it becomes available.
All who enter the clinic will have their temperature taken.
Patients are kindly asked to limit the numbers entering the clinic, so please bring as few family members as possible and then out of your party can the numbers entering the clinic be managed carefully.
If you prefer to have a Skype or telephone consultation we can arrange that for you to further limit travel and personal interaction.
Please feel free to contact to us if you have any queries or concerns.
