    Magda joined the LOC team in 2017, bringing her keen organisational skills and wealth of administrative expertise. With an MA in English Philology from Polonia University in Poland and a postgraduate year in criminal science, she has a sharp mind for detail and efficiency. Fluent in both English and Polish, Magda plays a key role in keeping director Sam Walmsley’s packed schedule running smoothly.

    Outside of work, she has a passion for baking and puts her skills to good use by organising bake sales for charity, proving she’s just as good at whipping up sweet treats as she is at keeping everything in order.

  • Emily Phillips Clinical Administrator

    Emily became part of the LOC family in April 2024, bringing with her a wealth of experience from the NHS Trauma and Orthopaedic department. She completed a Level 2 NVQ in Business and Administration while training in the Ophthalmology department at Kingston Hospital, giving her a strong foundation in medical administration.

    With a background in musical theatre, Emily’s energy and warmth shine through in everything she does. Her fantastic people skills make her a natural in her role, where she provides invaluable support to two of our senior clinicians while maintaining smooth communication and coordination across the team.

    Erin joined LOC in July 2022, bringing a mix of management experience and a strong background in showroom sales. With her excellent people skills and attention to detail, she plays a key role in supporting two of our senior clinicians, ensuring everything runs smoothly for both staff and patients.

    Beverley has been the friendly face of our reception since 2021, offering a warm welcome to patients and ensuring everything runs efficiently at the front desk. With extensive experience in healthcare environments, she is skilled in handling complex patient needs and answering queries with care. She has also taken on key administrative responsibilities, making her an indispensable part of our team.

    Ana has been part of our team since 2012, bringing her warm and friendly approach to supporting both colleagues and patients. Originally from Spain, she first worked in the hospitality industry before joining LOC. Now back home, she continues to be a valued member of our team, providing full-time administrative support remotely.

    Maria joined us in August 2025, bringing with her a strong background in client service and design. Her experience has equipped her with excellent organisational skills and a sharp eye for detail, which she applies to everything from managing appointments to supporting patients during their visits.

    Her calm, friendly manner and thoughtful approach help ensure that each clinic runs smoothly and that every patient feels welcome and well cared for.

    Diane has been part of LOC since the very beginning, bringing a wealth of experience from her time as a medical secretary at Queen Mary’s Hospital. With over 20 years in the medical field, she has extensive knowledge of orthotic treatments, particularly for plagiocephaly and craniosynostosis.

    A natural organiser, Diane ensures each day runs smoothly for our team, playing a vital role in supporting both our clinicians and the families we care for. As a mom and grandmother, she brings warmth and empathy to her work, offering reassurance and understanding to parents navigating treatment for their little ones.

  • Anai Sunny IT & CRM Implementation Specialist

    Anai Sunny holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from KTU University (2019) and a Master’s degree in Data Science from the University of Roehampton, London (2025).

    She began her career at Tata Consultancy Services, where she worked as a System Engineer for five years, gaining experience in enterprise systems, software engineering, and IT operations within large-scale environments.

    Anai joined London Orthotic Consultancy to support the organisation’s digital transformation, focusing on IT systems, CRM implementation, and data-driven process improvement across clinical, administrative, and manufacturing teams. Her work includes CRM transition, data migration, system integration, and supporting the development of operational dashboards and structured reporting to improve decision-making and workflow efficiency.

    She has a strong interest in bridging technology and healthcare operations and contributes to improving how data is captured, connected, and used across the organisation.

    Anai also supports internal training and system adoption, helping teams transition into new digital tools and workflows, including CRM platforms and data systems.
