Our Admin Team
The London Orthotic Consultancy has a terrific team of administrative staff who help ensure that LOC and its subsidiary clinics run smoothly and continue to provide excellent service to patients.
Antonia joined us as Senior Administrator at the end of 2020. Her background is the retail trade and she has first-hand experience of the importance of good customer relations. Her primary role is to support the admin team in continuing to provide an excellent service to patients. Antonia adds another language to the portfolio of languages that our admin team possess – she is a native of Slovakia.
Magda joined us in 2017 previously having worked at Thames River Physiotherapy where she was administrator/receptionist. Magda has an MA in English Philology from Polonia University, Poland and spent a post-graduate year there studying Criminal Science. She is fluent in English and Polish (unsurprisingly) and has a good command of Italian. Magdalena also has the difficult task of organising our Orthotist, Sam Walmsley's incredibly busy schedule!
Stacey is a Clinical Administrator and has the unenviable task of ‘looking after’ Alan; she also manages Anna and George’s orthotic clinics. Stacey joined the team in October 2012 after working in administration for 8 years for her previous employer.
Ana joined LOC in early 2012 having worked in the hospitality industry after coming to England from Spain.She has now returned home but continues to work for us as a clinical adminstrator part-time.
Clinical PA at LOC Consultancy since it was founded after working at Queen Mary's with LOC's company directors as a medical secretary. Extensive knowledge of orthotic treatments after working in medical industry for the past 15 years. Diane looks after Saeed, Jo Drake, Sally Hews and the Scoliosis clinics for Debs, Anna and George.
Account administrator joined LOC Consultancy in 2010 working closely with the General Manager and Directors, dealing with all aspects of accounts and a key member of the team.
Alice is our receptionist/administrator and job shares with Valentina. Prior to joining us she worked in the hospitality industry which has given her a great understanding of customer service. Previous to that she worked giving one to one care to young disabled people.
Valentina is the newest member of the LOC admin team and job shares with Alice as a receptionist/administrator. Valentina is originally from Sardinia. She has worked in customer services, hospitality and property management. She is also multilingual speaking English, French and Spanish.
