Back ache or back pain is the bane of many people’s lives in the UK. According to published data 80% of the adult population will experience back pain at some point. After colds and flu, back ache is the second most common reason for visiting the doctor. It costs industry millions in lost productivity. According to the Health and Safety Executive 11.6 million working days are lost every year because of back related pain.

Vabene therapy treats the root cause of back pain – poor posture. Poor posture can be blamed on our modern lifestyle which includes long periods of physical inactivity, typically sitting at a computer or driving.This results in our bodies adapting to unnatural positions that lead to neck, spinal and joint pains.
