LOC's Plagiocpehaly clinic in Ross-on-Wye is staffed by Rachel Whitmore, Dip OPTEC. It is based in the Clinic of Osteopathy and Complementary Medicine which was established in 1983 by Nicholas Handoll, D.O., M.S.C.C. Cranial Osteopath.

Nicholas Handoll qualified as an Osteopath in 1971 and is a well known and recognised leader in the field of Cranial Osteopathy. He established his first clinic in Hereford in 1975 with the Ross on Wye clinic opening 8 years later.

LOC’s Plagiocephaly clinicians are all registered with the Health Professions Council (HPC) Joanne and Saeed are also members of The British Association of Prosthetists and Orthotists (BAPO), while Catherine is a member of The Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). All have been extensively trained in the treatment and management of Positional Plagiocephaly. LOC have now successfully treated over 800 babies.
