LOC’s Central London Orthotic Clinic is located at the prestigious 152 Harley Street Clinic. This newly refurbished building is positioned at the Regent’s Park end of the street.

Harley Street, W1 is internationally renowned for accommodating some of the UK’s most revered private clinics and eminent consultants.

LOC's Orthotic Clinic is staffed by Chris Drake, Senior Orthotic consultant at LOC. Chris qualified as an orthotist in 1983. After originally working in the private sector he took up the post of Principal Orthotist at Queen Mary’s Hospital, London where he worked for over 14 years developing the orthotic department. He has extensive experience in all aspects of orthotics and is a fully trained Orthotic Expert Witness.

The consulting rooms are located on the 3rd floor of the building; there is a lift for access. The waiting room is also on the 3rd floor and is manned by a receptionist. Baby change facilities are located on the 4th floor.

Please Note: Due to the age and nature of the buildings in Harley Street there are certain difficulties with making them completely accessible. The lift is unlikely to be able to accommodate an open double width buggy. Also there are a few steps at the front of the building.

Parking: Car Parks are located in: Cavendish Square, Chandos Street, Portland Place and Carburton Street. Metered parking is available in Harley Street, payable by phone.

By tube: The nearest tube station is Regents Park which is on the Bakerloo Line. Great Portland Street Tube Station is about a 5 minute walk away and is on the Hammersmith & City, Circle & Metropolitan lines. Regents Park has some steep steps out of the station to gain access from the lifts to the street. It is only a very short walk to the clinic.

By bus: Buses along the Marylebone Road are (18, 27, 30, 205, 453), Portland Place and Great Portland Street (88, 453, C2). The nearest bus stop is on the Marylebone Road near the north end of Harley Street.

By train: King’s Cross, St Pancras (Eurostar), Euston & Marylebone Stations are all within a 15 minute walk. Paddington, Waterloo, Victoria can be reached by Tube or Taxi.
